An elderly man was killed in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn Tuesday when he was struck by a car, then dragged by another vehicle.
The 71-year-old victim, identified as Jean Jeanniot of Brooklyn, was crossing at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and East 26th Street at about 6:10 p.m. when a car smashed into him, police said. Another car then hit and dragged the victim.
The driver of the first car fled the scene, while the driver of the second car stayed, police said.
EMS rushed Jeanniot to Kings County Hospital, where he died.
