Police say they are investigating the death of a 5-year-old boy in the Bronx.
Officers were called to a building in Morris Heights Friday morning and found the boy unconscious and unresponsive.
The residence was not the boy's home, according to the address listed by police.
The boy, identified as Sebastian Guzman, was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The medical examiner is investigating and will determine the cause of death.
