1 Dead in NJ Senior Housing Fire: Police

A person died in a fire at a senior housing facility in New Jersey Saturday morning, police said.

The fire broke at around 6:30 a.m. in Halls Corner Senior Citizen Housing in East Brunswick, according to authorities. It did not spread beyond one room on the second floor.

Officials did not identify the person who died.
