A New York City man has popped up with a 2009 calendar made of plastic bubbles.
The poster-size Bubble Wrap-style calendar was designed by Brooklyn resident Stephen Turbek. It features the names of the months and the dates in columns and has one bubble to burst each day.
Turbek has been selling versions of the handmade calendar for $30 or $50 each and has customers around the world.
He says popping bubbles is something everyone loves. He says the Bubble Calendar makes a perfect gift for obsessive people -- as long as they don't pop the whole year the first day they get it.
