Estate That Hosted Clinton Wedding on Market for $8.4M

Astor Courts, the Beaux Arts riverside estate that hosted former first daughter Chelsea Clinton's wedding to Marc Mzvinsky last July, is on the market for $8.4 million -- a big markdown from the $13.5 million price tag listed two weeks after the private wedding.

According to the current listing by the real estate firm Houlihan Lawrence Inc., the 24,300-square-foot building has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a marble indoor pool and a clay indoor tennis court on 50-plus acres along the Hudson River in scenic Rhinebeck, 90 miles north of New York City.

The building was designed by renowned architect Stanford White for John Jacob Astor IV, the early 20th century millionaire who died when the Titanic went down.

Bill and Hillary Clinton live about 75 miles away in Chappaqua, N.Y.
