Rescuers saved a dog stuck in an icy cranberry bog in Little Egg Harbor Township, N.J., on Friday.
The husky fell through the ice and was first spotted by a kayaker, who tried to help.
Local firefighters ultimately saved the husky's life by walking through the ice to grab him and carry him out.
The husky was stuck for 30 to 40 minutes, according to fire officials. After the rescue, the dog was determined to be OK and was returned to its owner.
