Woman Attacked by Pit Bulls in Ramapo: Police

Police say a woman was attacked by two pit bulls in Ramapo, N.Y. early Thursday morning that ran at her and knocked her down.
One of the dogs bit the woman in the face, police said.
She was taken to the hospital.
The dogs' owner was cited for dangerous dog and dog at large violations.
