Digging for a Daddy

Talk about a deadbeat dad

We're not saying she's a gold digger.

A woman trying to prove that a fellow is her baby's daddy has gotten a judge to order that man, who is dead, to be dug up and DNA tested, the Post reports.

Bronx judge Lee Holzman ordered that the testing take place on samples from  the body of 35-year-old Jermaine Williams -- a former bodyguard for rapper Busta Rhymes -- who was found shot dead and wrapped in blanket inside of his truck in Ozone Park Queens on May, 28, 2008.

Sandy Martinez was halfway through her pregnancy at the the time, and says kid is Williams'.

At issue is a share of Williams' estate, which Martinez wants a part of. The dead man's brother opposes her claim.
