Services will be held Friday for the five family members -- a grandmother and four children -- who perished in a house fire in New Jersey.

Four other family members were injured in the Feb. 23 blaze in South Plainfield.

Sixty-two-year-old Anne Jefferson and her four grandchildren will be remembered at First Park Baptist Church in Plainfield.

Councilman Alex Barletta tells The Home News Tribune of East Brunswick that South Plainfield has raised about $25,000 to help the family.

Barletta also says supplies will be given to the family as soon as they obtain a new home.
