A person riding a bike was seriously hurt after being hit by a car in Manhattan, officials say.
First-responders rushed to Ninth Avenue and West 21st Street in Chelsea around noon time Sunday for the cyclist being hit by the car, authorities said.
The biker was taken to an area hospital, where they are in serious condition, according to officials.
The car that hit the person on the bike stayed at the scene, police said. Nobody has been arrested.
The name of the cyclist has not been released.
