Police are seeking the public's help in finding a young mother who disappeared a week ago in Jersey City, N.J., and has not been seen since.
Randy "Amanda" Lehrer, the mother of a 10-month-old baby, was last seen wearing a black "ED HARDY" T-shirt. She has a tattoo on her right shoulder that says "Laugh No Cry Later."
Authorities say her husband, who was the last person to see Lehrer, refuses to cooperate with the investigation.
She worked as a waitress at Tommy's Restaurant on Central Avenue in Jersey City.
"She's a great girl," said Lehrer's boss, Andreas Diakos. In her three years on the job he said she never missed a day.
"Never, never. If she didn't show up I would say there's something wrong with Amanda," Diakos added.
Last Friday, Lehrer left the restaurant at about 2 p.m. Witnesses said what unfolded on the sidewalk was frightening.
"Her husband was waiting for her on the corner with their baby. He just left the kid and the stroller here and went chasing after her. I didn't see what happened but he came back, got the baby and left," said Paul Watroba.

Diakos said Lehrer's husband called the restaurant on Monday, saying she went to visit her sick mother in Canada.
But Diakos said Lehrer's sister later told him their mother wasn't sick.
"He lied to me," said Diakos.
Police said the husband is not cooperating. No one answered the door at their home.
Concerned neighbors fear the worst.
"There were times he would scream so loud you could hear it through the doors," said neighbor Paulette Dempsey.
No arrests have been made.
