Coney Island track fire complicates beach commute

F, Q Service Disrupted to Coney Island

Service has been restored to the F and Q lines following a Friday evening track fire.

The signal room roof fire at the West 8th Street station Friday forced suspension of F and Q service for part of the weekend.

The lines are operating regular service.
