Commuter van service that replaces four bus lines in Brooklyn and Queens is going into effect Monday. The privately owned vans will run along the routes of the B23, B39 and B71 in Brooklyn and Q79 in Queens.
The four bus lines were eliminated in the last MTA budget cuts.
