A Woodbridge, N.J. man whose van struck and killed a FedEx deliveryman has been charged with aggravated manslaughter.

Middlesex County prosecutors said Friday that bail has been set at $250,000 for the defendant, 72-year-old James Cunningham of Woodbridge. He has been hospitalized since the Feb. 22 crash.

Authorities say Cunningham's van struck 43-year-old William Convery as he was standing at the back of his truck in a Woodbridge neighborhood.

Convery, who was from South Bound Brook, died at the scene.
