Man, Woman Sought in Armed Bronx Cab Robbery

Police say the man, described as being between 35 and 45 years old, is considered a suspect and the woman is considered a person of interest

Police are looking for a man and a woman in connection with the armed robbery of a livery cab driver in the Bronx in May.

Police say the man, described as being between 35 and 45 years old, is considered a suspect and the woman is considered a person of interest in the robbery May 17 just after noon at the intersection of Webster Avenue and E. 168th Street.

Authorities say the man and woman got in the black cab and asked the 54-year-old driver to take them to that intersection. Once they arrived, the man simulated a firearm and stole an unknown amount of money from the driver, police said.

The man and the woman then ran off.
