Cold Settles in for Weekend

Bundle up again today

After a chilly Saturday, the cold is sticking around today.

Overnight lows were only in the 20s, and highs both days this weekend are expected just around 40 degrees.

The bitter cold, already one week into spring, will extend into Monday but sunny skies will help take a bit out of some of the chill.

The colder temperatures will also come with wind. Today's highs are in the low 40s like yesterday, but the wind will make it feel like 30, forecasts indicate.

The region will get a slight reprieve on Tuesday, as temperatures climb to around 50 degrees.  But be ready for rain midweek.

Temps creep up into the more seasonal 50s by the end of the week.
