    Police want the public's help in finding the suspect shown in this video shooting an 18-year-old boy in Brooklyn over the weekend. (Published Tuesday, Apr 19, 2011)

    Cops are looking for a suspect caught on a surveillance camera shooting a teenager after they both exit an elevator in Brooklyn. 

    Police say 18-year-old Andre Pitts was shot multiple times in the torso. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.      

    The shooting occurred in a Lot Avenue building in Brownsville on Sunday.      

    The surveillance camera shows the suspect following the victim into the elevator. Later, the suspect is seen holding a gun and shooting outside the elevator; the victim is off camera.

    The suspect is then seen re-entering the elevator and calmly walking away.
