A 33-year-old Brooklyn teacher has been accused of rape after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old student.

Evelyn Rogers, a teacher at the High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media on Rockaway Parkway, was arrested Thursday after an investigation by the Special Commissioner's office.

Investigators allege Rogers had sex with the student on multiple occasions beginning when he was 15; he is now 16. They allegedly had sex "at a location" in Brooklyn, though it wasn't clear where.
