Armed Robbers Invade Brooklyn Home: Police

The two suspects, shown above in an image from surveillance video, forced their way into a building on Williams Avenue in East New York

Police say a pair of robbers invaded a Brooklyn home three weeks ago and fired a gun as they were leaving.

The two suspects, shown above in an image from surveillance video, forced their way into a building on Williams Avenue in East New York on Dec. 11, officials said. One of the suspects had a gun and forced the people who were at home to lie on the ground before stealing two flat-screen TVs, a watch and a wallet.

Police say one of the suspects fired a shot through the windows from the street after leaving with the stolen goods, but no one was hurt.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
