Scene of partial building in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn

The FDNY says a report of a partial building collapse in Brooklyn turned out to be unfounded.

Fire officials said they were called to 901 Myrtle Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant, which was under construction, for a report of a collapse there, and was treating a man for minor injuries.

Officials at the scene later said there was no building collapse.

Law enforcement sources say an emotionally disturbed person called 911 to report he was injured in a building collapse.

The man was taken to Woodhull Hospital with minor injuries, but it's not yet clear how he was hurt. It's not clear if he will face charges.

Part of Myrtle Avenue was shut down at the scene as fire trucks and emergency vehicles responded.

Great night to sit on the roof and watch your neighborhood crumble
