Police say they've arrested a teenager who was caught on surveillance video trying to rape a woman in the stairwell of her Brooklyn building.
The 16-year-old from Brownsville is facing charges of attempted rape, burglary, criminal sex act and harassment, according to the NYPD.
The suspect was seen on video following a woman up the stairs of her Crown Heights apartment building. He attacked her on the third floor and pushed her to the floor, but fled after a struggle, police said.
