    Two men arrested in Rhode Island have been charged in the fatal shooting of a Bronx teenager who died weeks before his high school graduation.

    Raul Pacheco and Eric Landron were arrested Saturday on open bench warrants; one violated parole and the other had an open warrant for a marijuana case, prosecutors said. 

    They waived extradition and were transported to the Bronx, where they were charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in the April 22 death of 17-year-old Alphonza Bryant III, the Bronx district attorney's office said.

    Information on an attorneys for the men were not immediately available.

    Mayor Bloomberg said last week that the teen's killing was a reminder for the need to reduce illegal guns on city streets.
