Broadway Scion Eric Nederlander Arrested in Greenwich Village

He was arrested at the Greenwich Village apartment of a woman who prosecutors said had a limited order of protection against him.

Broadway scion Eric Nederlander has been charged with violating an order of protection.

Nederlander was arraigned Thursday night on felony contempt of court charges.

He was arrested at the Greenwich Village apartment of a woman who prosecutors said had a limited order of protection against him, reports The New York Post.

Nederlander allegedly violated the order by pulling her hair while she was sleeping.

His lawyer said Nederlander denied the allegations.

He was released on $5,000 bond. The judge ordered a full order of protection, barring Nederlander from having any contact with the complainant.

Nederlander was briefly married to Jessica Sklar. She is now married to Jerry Seinfeld.

Nederlander's family owns six theaters on Broadway.
