Cops Search for Tattooed Suspect in Manhattan Break-in

The man allegedly forced his way into the basement of a pizzeria and chicken restaurant in Murray Hill early Saturday

Police are searching for a man who broke into a basement shared by two Manhattan restaurants.

The man forced his way into the basement of a pizzeria and chicken restaurant in Murray Hill early Saturday, police said.

He did not steal anything from either establishment, but police said he damaged the basement door and other property.

Video surveillance captured the break-in.

Police say the man is about 6 feet tall and weighs 180 to 190 pounds. They also say he's bald and has tattoos on both arms.
