A high school teacher has been arrested on sexual assault charges, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.
Leo Donaldson, formerly known as Leo Inglima, was arrested Thursday by members of the Special Victims Unit, officials said. He was charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, second degree sexual assault by contact, third degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges are based on allegations that the 30-year-old track and cross-country coach at Bloomfield High School sexually assaulted two teen boys ranging from 15 to 17 years old, officials said.
Authorities say the incidents happened at the Donaldson's Bloomfield home and at his previous residence in Jersey City.
Bail was set at $400,000 cash or bond, with no 10 percent alternative.
