NJ Authorities ID Suspect in Bouncer's Slaying

Essex County authorities are looking for the suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a bar bouncer this week.

Jacques Nelson of Orange was shot around 2 a.m. Monday outside Misty's Restaurant and Bar. Police say the father of four was shot while trying to break up a fight.

Police later released a surveillance photo taken outside the bar.

On Thursday, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office identified the suspect as 24-year-old Nolvin Garcia of Orange and charged him with murder and weapons offenses.

Garcia is at large. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call authorities.
