Police are investigating the death of a 5-month-old boy they say was found unconscious and unresponsive in his upper Manhattan apartment.
Officers found the infant inside a home on West 180th Street at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the NYPD.
The child was taken to Columbia University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The medical examiner will determine how the boy died. No arrests have been made.
