The 1-month-old baby boy found unconscious inside a Manhattan apartment last Friday died of multiple blunt impact injuries, including skull fractures and brain injuries, the medical examiner's office said Tuesday. 

Little Deon McNeil was found unconscious and unresponsive at an apartment in the Washington Houses in East Harlem Friday evening. He was brought to a hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, according to the NYPD.

The child's death has been classified as a homicide, the medical examiner's office said. 

The mother of the boy was being questioned over the weekend, but police said Tuesday there has been no arrest.
