Woman Fights off Rape Attempt in Brooklyn: NYPD

    A woman fought off a man who tried to rape her in the entryway of a building in Brooklyn, and now police say they’re looking for the attacker.

    The man approached the woman, 32, in the front of the building near Ralph Avenue and Bainbridge Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant at about 8 a.m. Sunday, police say.

    When he attacked, the woman fought him off. The man then allegedly took her cell phone and ran.
