Police say they've arrested a man suspected of punching a 61-year-old woman in the face, pushing her to the ground and trying to rape her as she walked in Queens last week.
The 21-year-old suspect, Frangklin Lliguichuzhca of Elmhurst, was taken into custody Wednesday on charges of attempted rape, sexual abuse and assault, police said.
Police say he attacked the woman as she was walking near 71st Street and 41st Avenue in Jackson Heights shortly before 11 p.m. last Wednesday.
It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney.
