Two people died when the all-terrain vehicle they were riding veered off the road and crashed into a tree in New Jersey over the weekend, authorities say.
Police say Steven Struble and Valerie Sheerer, both 47-year-old Oak Ridge residents, had been riding on Reservoir Road in West Milford shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday when their ATV went off the road.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
