Nine people were shot, one fatally, early Thursday at a housing complex in Connecticut, according to police.
Shots were fired at about 1 a.m. at the Trumbull Gardens complex in Bridgeport, police said.
One man was shot to death, while five others were hit by bullets. Three women were also shot, police say.
Six of the victims, including the man who died, were taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital. Three others were taken to Bridgeport Hospital.
The condition of the wounded victims was not immediately known.
