3 Hurt in Shooting in Downtown Brooklyn in Broad Daylight: Police

Three people were hurt in a shooting in Downtown Brooklyn, police said Sunday. 

The gunfire rang out Friday afternoon at Gallatin Place and Fulton Street, the NYPD said. 

A 28-year-old man was shot in the hand, police said. The victim had been arguing with several people before the shots fired, police said. 

A 31-year-old man was shot in the right leg and a 28-year-old woman was grazed on both arms, police said. 

Police said the shooter was a man wearing a black shirt, red shorts and black sneakers. 

They were also looking for three other men and a woman.
