Police say they’ve arrested a second man in a fatal Bronx shooting.
Jose Dominguez, 27, was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder in the May 29 shooting of 22-year-old Yudelfi Martinez, the NYPD said.
Martinez was found with gunshot wounds around 6:30 p.m. in front of 175 West Burnside Avenue. He was taken to Saint Barnabus Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on June 4.
Luis Garcia, 31, was also arrested in connection with the shooting and charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
It was not clear if either Garcia or Dominguez had an attorney.
