27-Year-Old Man Shot and Killed in Queens

A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Queens Saturday night, authorities said.

Just before 10 p.m., police responded to a call of a man shot at the corner of 21st Street and 41st Avenue and discovered Francisco Leal, of Manhattan, with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Leal was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens where he was later pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
