A 2-year-old child was injured when her mother was assaulted during an attempted robbery in Brooklyn Friday, police sources said.
According to sources, the 25-year-old mother was pushing her child in a stroller in Bedford-Stuyvesant when a suspect attempted to rob her. A struggle ensued and the child fell out of the stroller. The suspect then fled.
The 2-year-old was transported to the hospital with minor abrasions, sources said.
No arrests have been made.
