A two-month-old baby died after he was found unconscious in his home in Queens, police said.

Police responding to a 911 call found Malachi Jones unconscious and unresponsive inside 353 Beach 54 St., on the Rockaway Peninsula, shortly after 12 p.m. on Saturday, the NYPD said.

The infant was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Medical Examiner will determine the baby’s cause of death, and an investigation is ongoing.
