Authorities say two men were found shot after police pulled them over because their vehicle was seen leaving the scene of a Long Island shooting.
According to Newsday, police responded after receiving several 911 calls of gunfire in the area of Sycamore Court in Long Beach early Thursday.
Police say one of the men was shot in the stomach and the other was hit in his arm. They were taken to a hospital but their conditions were not immediately known.
Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call 516-705-7370.
