Two New Jersey men suspected of setting off small explosions were awaiting charges Sunday.
The men’s neighbors on West 33rd Street in Bayonne called the police Saturday after seeing someone throw bottles out a window, and hearing loud, explosive sounds.
Authorities arrested 21-year-old Christopher Ziobro of Bayonne, and 18-year-old Ghaias Mirza of Jersey City.
No other explosives were found inside the building.
