A 13-car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Union, N.J. has slowed rush-hour traffic in the area.
The chain-reaction crash happened just before 4:30 p.m. in the left two lanes of the northbound parkway, just before the Union tolls near exit 145.
State Police are on the scene. Traffic is being directed past the crash through the right two lanes of the parkway.
