10-Year-Old Boy Hit by Stray Bullets in Brooklyn

A 10-year-old boy is expected to recover after being shot by two stray bullets in Brooklyn.

A 10-year-old Brooklyn boy was struck by two stray bullets that tore through a window while he was watching TV in his East New York aparstment last night, authorities say.

The child was shot once in the neck and once in the back in a first-floor apartment on Blake Avenue. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was in stable condition.

Police say they are investigating the circumstances of the shooting. No arrests had been made as of Thursday morning and cops had no other details.
