A 1-year-old girl was found dead in a Staten Island home Friday, authorities said.
Police responded to a call at Staten Island University North Hospital, where an investigation determined that the parents of Sayah Reynoso, 1, found her unconscious in their bed at their home on Targee Street.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
