Three Tri-State Cities Among Best Places to Live in America, Report Says

Three of America’s most livable cities are located in the tri-state area, according to a new report by financial news site 24/7 Wall St.

Roughly 590 U.S. cities with populations of more than 65,000 in 2016 were considered.
