Rev. Al Sharpton better put the big guy on alert -- his wife and kid could use some help from a higher power.
The reverend's ex-wife and oldest daughter were cuffed by cops Halloween night in Harlem after speeding past a police car and running a red light, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.
Kathy Jordan, 53, and daughter Dominique, 23, sped through a light on Eighth Ave. and were immediately pulled over by cops, who began writing the women tickets for the violation -- but the Rev's ladies weren't having any of it.
Jordan and her daughter got increasingly aggressive with the officers, who slapped the two with charges disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration, a source told the News.
Sharpton was "made aware of the details of the matter," his lawyer Michael A. Hardy said.
He "will aggressively support his daughter and her mother, despite their announced change of marital status," he said.
Sharpton and Jordan met when she was touring as a backup singer for James Brown, then married in 1980 and divorced in 2003. They have two daughters, Dominique and Ashley, 22.
