After a slippery Saturday in the Tri-State, things will dry out in time for the Giants playoff game Sunday, but the frigid conditions will remain.

Some areas got snow throughout the day Saturday, while others got a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain.

But that system will be gone by lunchtime Sunday, being pushed out by clear weather that will again give way to more precipitation probably Tuesday.

For the Giants game, temperatures will hover around the freezing point of 32 degrees, but the wind-chill factor will keep things in the 20-degree neighborhood, despite plenty of Sunday sunshine.

That next system could include rain and possibly snow on Tuesday, with bone-chilling conditions slated for the rest of the week.
