NEW YORK -- A man who posted videos of himself on the Internet claiming to want to kill babies by having Gerber baby food laced with poison was arrested Thursday by agents of the FBI and FDA, prosecutors say.

Anton Dunn, 42, was charged with one count of sending threats in interstate commerce and one count of falsely claiming to have tampered with a consumer product, US Attorney Michael Garcia said.

Court papers say Dunn posted videos of himself three times since April 20th in which he said he had directed Gerber employees to lace the baby food with cyanide intending to kill black babies while acknowledging that white babies would also be killed. In each video, Dunn was masked and called himself "Trashman."

US Attorney Garcia said Gerber found no evidence of poisoning and the FDA received no reports of death or injury resulting from eating Gerber baby food.

Dunn faces up to 10 years in jail and a $500,000 fine if convicted, prosecutors say.
