Meghan McCain: "Kiss My Fat Ass"
McCain fired back at the radio talk show host today, saying Ingraham set a bad example for young women by going after the young Republican's weight when she really had a beef with her politics.
Meghan McCain took a swipe at radio talk show host Laura Ingraham today -- telling the outspoken personality who called her "plus sized" last week to "kiss my fat ass."
The daughter of the former presidential candidate told the ladies of "The View" that she was fuming when the conservative radio personality made a crack about her weight on the program last week.
"When Tyra Banks went on her show in a bathing suit and said, 'Kiss my fat ass,' that's what I feel like," McCain said during the interview. "Kiss my fat ass!"
Ingraham mocked the junior McCain on her radio show last week after Meghan took shots at the far right -- and particularly Ann Coulter -- on her blog at the Daily Beast.
The host railed on McCain for being "just another Valley Girl gone awry" who didn't get a "role in the Real World" because "they don't like plus-sized models."
But McCain fired back today, saying Ingraham set a bad example for young women by going after the young Republican's weight when she really had a beef with her politics.
"There's no place for weight criticism of women in 2009," McCain said. "There's no place for it."
