Arkansas Democratic Committee Chairman Bill Gwatney

The man who shot and killed state Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney in Arkansas yesterday kept a will, an arsenal of weapons and a Post-It note with the former politician's last name and a phone number on it at his home just northeast of Little Rock, according to the Arkansas Times Blog.

Police searched the home of suspected killer Timothy Johnson, 50, and found a will, anti-depressants, two pairs of car keys that bore the emblem of Gwatney's car dealerships, one pistol and 13 guns. Johnson, who led police on a 30-minute chase, was shot and killed by cops yesterday.
