MOUNTAIN BIKING

Get ready to torch calories and find inner peace during this class, which combines high speed hiking with yoga. Everyone congregates at the Jose Marti Statue (corner of 6th Avenue and Central Park South) before trucking to the desired spot, where you'll be getting your downward dog on.
