"Desperate Housewives" star Kathryn Joosten has reportedly been diagnosed with lung cancer again.


According to People, two-time Emmy winner received the difficult news last week.

"I've got a little hang-up here," Kathryn told the mag, "But we're going to handle it and move forward. I'm doing great."


The 69-year-old actress, who plays Mrs. McCluskey on the ABC series, previously fought lung cancer in 2001. She said the "Desperate Housewives" producers have been very sympathetic to her health scare.

"They're totally supportive," she told the mag. "I said, 'If you want to put it in the story line, do it! Tell anybody you want, because the public's going to know.'"


A spot was reportedly discovered on the actress' lung last week during her annual physical. Kathryn is still waiting for test results to determine which course of treatment she will undergo.
